  • How do I know if I need a new roof?

Determining if your roof needs repair or replacement can be straightforward in some cases. Obvious damage, such as a collapsed roof or animal infestations, is easy to spot. However, two primary factors to consider are the age and current condition of the roof. Here are some examples to help you determine if your roof needs repair or replacement:

    • A shingle roof that is 12-15+ years old with fading
    • Missing shingles
    • Experiencing leaks
    • Experiencing ice dams
  • How much does a roof estimate/inspection cost?

We provide free assessments and inspections for insurance claims for all our services, including roofing, siding, gutter and downspout, window, and exterior door installation.

  • How long does it take to install a new roof?

The duration for a roof replacement usually takes between 1-3 days, but it may depend on several factors, such as the availability of materials, the size of the roof, weather conditions, and whether there are any repairs required for the sheathing and/or dimensional lumber.

  • How long does a project take to complete from start to finish?

On average, once you have selected the material for your project, it will generally take up to 2 weeks to complete (subject to weather conditions).

  • Do you offer financing?

We are happy to assist you in securing financing for your project. Additionally, we can negotiate your deductible and offer rates as low as 0%.

  • Do we have to wait till my first check is endorsed to start building?

No, there is no need to wait. Our top priority is to ensure that your home is protected and that you have peace of mind.

  • When is the best time of year to replace my roof?

Roof replacement does not have a specific season, unlike cleaning out gutters before and after winter storms. However, roofing materials may be less expensive in late fall and winter, though this is not guaranteed. If your roof has sustained damage or is in disrepair, leading to other issues in your home, we recommend replacing it immediately.

  • How long should a roof last?

Asphalt shingle roofs generally last for 12-15 years, while architectural shingle roofs can last up to 30 years. Several factors can impact a roof's lifespan, such as:

    • The quality of the initial installation
    • Weather conditions
    • Regular maintenance
    • Prompt repairs when necessary
